You will need a measuring stick or tape measure, a piece of paper, and a pen.
Place your foot steadily on the paper. You can sit, stand, or squat as you do this.
Measure your foot’s width by measuring the distance between the right and left sides of the outline you traced. Write down this figure.
Mark your foot’s length and width on the paper. To do this, take the marker and draw a straight line that touches each edge of the outline you traced.
Since one foot is typically a little broader or longer compared to the other foot, it is vital you meticulously measure both feet.
The reason for this is because as the day progresses, your feet undergo various strains and stresses and they react by swelling.
